1. Regular Products

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Blind Box / Mystery Items

  • All sales are final for blind box/mystery items.

  • Due to the surprise nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] with your order number.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the return policy above.

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

📦 Return Instructions

To request a return:

  1. Email us at service@recoopbuy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
